The 2019 Fall Conference will be held at CANAAN VALLEY RESORT and CONFERENCE CENTER in DAVIS, WEST VIRGINIA Starting at 12:30 pm September 18, 2019 & section meetings Thursday September 19, 2019.   The annual banquet will be Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm.  There will be no general session on Friday this year, but  Canaan Valley will give you the contracted room rate if you would like to stay Thursday night.

 Exhibitors:                                                         Any entity wishing to set up a display or place an advertisement in the Conference program should complete and submit an                                                               If you wish to place an advertisement in the program, the ad and form must be received by August 15, 2019, and by September 6th if you only want to Exhibit.

**There will be no general session held Friday , September 20, 2019, but there will still be amble time for attendees to visit the exhibit area Wednesday September 18 & Thursday September 19.  There will also be members attending Tuesday September 17, 2019 if you would like to set up that afternoon,
